Mussels are a great way to source protein. Moreover, it is a great way to source vitamin B. Vitamin deficiency is a serious illness that could cause anemia if undetected. Mussels are an important part of the marine eco system and feeds many types of animals such as otters, rackoon, muskrat and many other animals.
